ONE Utilities — Read-only Windows Printer Snapshot v0.3
ENGINEERING BUILD, not hardware-accepted or code-signed

This local PowerShell utility enumerates printers known to an authorized Windows
print server through native Get-Printer and Get-PrinterPort. It writes a local
JSON file; no credentials, print job titles, document contents, usernames or
outbound network calls. Upload the exported file manually into ONE Accounts
under ONE Utilities IT Manager Console after registering each printer's private IP.

Example on a Windows print server:
  .\ONE-Utilities-Printer-Report-v0.3.ps1 -OutputFile C:\Temp\one-printers-20261014.json

Only printers with unambiguous private IP addresses are linked to previously
enrolled ONE Utilities assets. Duplicate or unmatched IPs are ignored and
reported. This collector cannot provide toner/ink levels: Windows printer
queue status must never be passed off as printer ink telemetry.
SNMPv3, manufacturer interfaces, trusted agent signatures and live scheduling
are future integrations and require authorization and device-level QA.

Do not bypass enterprise execution-policy restrictions to run engineering code.
