ONE Desk evaluation conditions

Updated 13 October 2026. These are evaluation conditions; binding commercial terms, paid support SLAs, refunds, tax and payment arrangements will require separate formal documents and approval.

Authorized access only

Install and operate ONE Desk only on systems you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Remote support requires appropriate local approval and user consent. Do not use ONE Desk to bypass security, privacy, access control or organizational policy.

Engineering evaluation

ONE Desk v1.4.13 is a private-LAN engineering evaluation provided for compatibility and usability testing. It may have functional defects, including desktop streaming interruptions; it is not represented as audited, signed, high-availability or safe for critical production operations. Keep an alternate administrator access route and do not rely on ONE Desk as your sole recovery channel.

Fees and licensing

The Windows installer is free for evaluation. Suggested paid pricing is a sales-discussion target only; no automatic checkout, card charging or commercial subscription agreement is created by downloading or registering.

Security and updates

Confirm the remote administrator fingerprint at enrollment and use attended approval. Disconnect sessions when not needed. Keep software updated and report reproducible faults without transmitting credentials or sensitive desktop content.
